The Greene County Development Authority, a State of Georgia constitutionally authorized Authority created in 1963 and amended in 1986, consists of six (6) members, two (2) appointed by the Board of Commissioners of Greene County, two (2) members by the mayor and council of the City of Greensboro and two (2) members appointed by the mayor and council of the City of Union Point.
