Crawley is a former County Manager of McDuffie County (2014-2025) and Effingham County (2008-2013). In addition to serving as County Manager in Effingham, Crawley also served as the Assistant County Manager and Zoning Administrator. He closed-out his term in Effingham County as the Public Works Director.
Crawley is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Masters of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry.
