For existing residences, Is there a cart on site? (Keep in mind that Waste Management will only pick up ONE cart.)

If you need a second cart, contact Waste Management directly at (478) 453-4435 to establish additional services. There is a fee for a second cart. If you have more than one cart on site and do not have an account with Waste Management for the additional services, they will remove the additional carts.

NEW CONSTRUCTION - Cart deliveries are made on Wednesdays. Every effort will be made to deliver the cart the Wednesday after the request; however, it could take up to two (2) Wednesdays to be delivered.

EXISTING RESIDENCE - A cart should already be on site. Service will begin on your next scheduled pick-up date.

To prevent a missed pick-up, carts must be placed at the curb the NIGHT BEFORE your scheduled pick-up. Waste Management will not return when a cart is not at the curb when the truck arrives.

To submit a request for a replacement cart or to report a missed pickup, visit www.greenecountyga.gov/curbside. Requests are routed directly to Waste Management.
