Notes to the Permit Holder

• Any permit being issued for dwelling over 5,000 square feet. The permit holder will be required to provide the electrical service size, quantity, and tonnage of each mechanical HVAC unit being installed. This information is to be provided on the permit application.
• Any permit being issued for a dwelling of any size. The permit holder will be required to provide the method of insulation being installed and the location of each method. This information is to be provided on the permit application.
• Certificate of Occupancy issued for dwellings. A Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued without a Notice of Termination, Final Septic Approval, and a copy of the Engineered Floor Plans on file. (If applicable)
